Yes, the EADV offers different types of discounted fees to EADV Members and Non Members such as Trainees (under 35 years old), Students (under 35 years old) or Nurses and Medical Assistants.

Yes. Please check the method of payment page to collect the relevant information. Please do not forget to specify the Order Number and Participant’s full Name on all remittances to facilitate the correct allocation of the payment. 

Payments by bank transfer are possible by 24 August 2022.

No. The daily ticket cannot be requested more than once by/for the same participant. 

If you need to attend the EADV scientific sessions for more than one day, you should purchase a full Congress Ticket valid for the duration of the whole event.

Any participant who wishes to register as Trainee (< 35 years old), Student (<35 years old) and Nurse and Medical Assistant is required to upload a valid Proof of Status to validate the registration.

The age limit of the Trainee/Students applicant is 35 years old. Valid Proof of Status must be received by the relevant deadline. Online registrations are possible until Wednesday, 24 August 2022.

Letters of invitation can be requested only upon completion of registration and full payment. 

For embargoed countries (the list is available here) a Proof of Affiliation is also required and should be sent to registration@eadvscongress.org or group@eadvcongress.org for approval.

Yes. Name changes for Individuals and Third-Parties are charged EUR 30 per person and are possible by 24 August 2022 only. Please submit your request by email to the Registration Department registration@eadvcongress.org

Name Changes are also possible for Group Registrations in accordance with the published conditions and deadlines.

No. Invited speakers of the 31st Congress’ scientific programme do not need to register for the conference since they will benefit from a free registration.

No. Participants submitting and paying their registration as Non-Members will not be entitled to reimbursement if, at a later stage, they become Members. To benefit from the Member registration fees, please apply no later than 2 weeks before the registration deadline, as it takes around 10 days to get a membership application approved.
