Starting from Wednesday, 7 September 2022, you can scan your personal QR-coded voucher (this document has been sent out to your account upon completion of your online registration by no-reply@mail.m-anage.com) at the Self-Printing Machines placed within the Registration Area in order to obtain your badge.

Kindly note that your name badge is the official Congress identification document and should be worn at all times in order to gain entry into the Conference Centre and be admitted to booked activities and sessions.

The personal travel card can be picked-up at the appointed Transportation Pass Collection Desk.

The Transportation Pass  is a booklet with 10 ordinary tickets. These tickets are valid within the following areas:

• on all ATM metropolitan and surface lines
• on the Trenord railway lines, including the S lines (those that cross the railway link)
• on all extra-urban public transport vehicles operating in the territory of the integrated fare system (including the NET lines in Monza)
• on some particular lines that connect Municipalities of the Integrated Tariff System and Municipalities outside

Any person who wishes to make a registration for the EADV Congress can proceed either online on the registration system platform or directly on-site at the Registration Desks. In order to avoid to queue on-site and to avoid gatherings, we suggest you to adopt the first option (participants can register online even while the Congress is running, until 10 September 2022)

CASH PAYMENT CANNOT BE ACCEPTED ON-SITE

Payments are possible only with the following credit card/debit cards:

• Visa / MasterCard / MasterCard Debit / Discovers / Diners club
• Maestro, V Pay
• Union Pay, JCB

AMEX is not accepted.

• Participants opting for an on-site registration should reach the registration counters located in the Registration Area.

• Special categories as Student, Nurse/Medical assistant and Trainee can register online only until Wednesday, 24 August 2022.

How to send the QR-coded voucher to the registered delegates:

• Log into your registration account, select the Group Registration panel and click on the Ticket Pick Up Management button.

You may decide if you would like to download or send the voucher to your delegates through the online registration platform. Attendees will receive a confirmation registration email from no-reply@mail.m-anage.com with the voucher as attachment.

• Starting from Wednesday, 7 September 2022, registered delegates can scan their personal QR-coded voucher at the Self-Printing Machines located in the Registration Area (South Wing, level 1) in order to obtain their badge.

• Exhibitor badges are restricted to exhibiting companies’ staff only.
  Satellite badges are restricted to Industry Session (Satellite session or Industry Hub sessions) organizers’ staff only. These badges are not available for general public.
• Before the event, exhibitors can be registered online by the company’s contact person only. 
• On-site registration is not recommended. However, last minute registrations are possible at the appointed Exhibitor Desk located in the Registration Area (South Wing, level 1), following below opening hours:

Each EADV Speaker is requested to pick-up their personal name badge at the appointed Speaker Desks. Please allow sufficient time before the speech.

All session rooms are equipped with LCD projection for PowerPoint presentation. Speakers are asked to hand in their presentation at least 3 hours before the lecture if not already uploaded earlier. 

Should the presentation take place during the first time slot of the morning, Speakers are kindly asked to hand in their PowerPoint presentation the day before.

Certificates are available after the Congress. 

• A Certificate of Attendance is available for all registered participants who have a valid registration badge and attended at least 1 session.
• A CME-CPD Certificate is available for all participants who actively attended scientific sessions, have their badge scanned and completed the online evaluation forms.
• An e-Poster Certificate is available for all leading e-Poster authors
• An Oral presentation Certificate is available for all presenters of an abstract accepted for an oral presentation.
• A Workshop Certificate is available for all Workshop participants.
• A Healthcare Professional Scholarship Certificate is available for all HCP Scholarship winners.

The certificates are not sent out automatically to the attendees. 

• Online version: download it directly from the EADV website by entering the email address and password used during the registration process OR the EADV member log-in details (if a EADV member).
• Onsite: Only the Certificates of Attendance can be printed on-site from the self-printing machines located in the Registration Area starting from Friday afternoon until the end of the Congress.
