Since the 31st EADV Congress has been confirmed in its hybrid offer, industries organising an onsite Satellite Symposium have the opportunity to live stream their session to the virtual attendees and include the content on-demand inside the EADV virtual platform.

For Industry HUBs sessions organised onsite, industries have the opportunity to include their session on-demand on the EADV virtual platform. No simultaneous live stream is available to Industry HUB organisers.

The Industry session organiser is solely responsible for keeping any of its industry sessions activities compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. EADV is not involved with in or have any control over the content, quality, organization, operation, scientific integrity of the activity and materials. EADV will not be involved in the selection of speakers, moderators and other faculty.

The Satellite Symposium and Industry HUB programme must be uploaded on the Industry Online Portal for approval by and no later than 20 May 2022.

It is strictly forbidden for industry partners to organise educational events outside the congress premises during the official EADV black out times.

In order to reduce Industry Sessions with similar topics running at the same time and increase participants’ opportunity to join the interested sessions, companies are requested to inform us at the time of the application about the general programme topic that the industry will present. As a multidisciplinary audience will be attending the Congress, the EADV will assign different badges to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Non-Healthcare Professionals (NON-HCPs).
